Pan Pacific Auto Group Inc. ("we", "us"), 9020 Oak St, Vancouver, BC V6P 4B9, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through ppauto.ca, why, and your choices.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us in a form: name, phone, email and postal code.
  • Vehicle inquiry details: the vehicle you ask about, preferred test-drive time and your message.
  • Sell or trade details: VIN or plate, kilometres, condition, loan status and any photos you upload.
  • Pre-qualification details: employment status, income range, credit profile (self-reported), budget and down payment. We do not collect your Social Insurance Number (SIN) or perform a credit check online.
  • Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) to keep the site secure and prevent spam. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them.

Why we use it

To respond to your request, arrange test drives, prepare an offer on your vehicle, connect you with financing options, and keep records required by law. With your separate, optional consent, we may send you offers and news by email or text.

Who we share it with

Our staff and service providers who help us operate (website hosting, lead management/CRM, email delivery), and, only if you proceed with financing and consent at that time, lenders you choose to apply with. We do not sell your personal information. Some providers may store data outside Canada; [list providers and locations before publication].

Commercial electronic messages (CASL)

Marketing consent is optional, never pre-checked, and you can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or contacting info@ppauto.ca. We will keep a record of when and how you consented.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law [define retention periods]. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is limited to authorized staff.
